Born and raised on the Mandalrorian homeworld of Mandalore, Shigar taught and trained himself. By the time he was 12, he reached the mastery of ranged weaponry that all Mandalorians achieve, but unlike other Mandalorians, he was skilled at wielding dual vibroblades and hand-to-hand combat. He was an equal in bounty hunting skills to the Fetts at age 14, and he soon surpassed them.

Shigar walked along the catwalk, until he saw his target. He hopped off the catwalk. He took a potshot at his target. He missed, and his target rushed him.
Shigar pulled out his dual vibroblades, and put on a 3 second show of skill before slashing his opponent. His target crumpled down to the ground dead. Another mission complete.
