What if they remade the Original Trilogy, not only in 3D, but in Clone Wars-style animations? Would you go see it?

I dunno. It depends actually. If Qui-Gon Jinn looked rediculous, I wouldn't go. He is just TO flipping amazing to be let down by animation. ;D Sometimes anamators just don't get the faces right, but I probably would go see it just because I'm a Star Wars nerd/fan. XD

They said original trilogy chopper, Qui Gon wasn't in the original trilogy. And the answer is no. There's no point in going back and remaking something that so obviously worked. I'm still a little sickened that they went back in Return of the Jedi and inserted Hayden Christianson.

I never liked Hayden in the first place, or the way they wrote Anakin. They took Vader the Bad Ass into Vader the rampaging whiner. I'm carefully protecting my original copy of Return of the Jedi so I can show it to my kids and say "See, Anakin wasn't always a shaggy haired sissy."

Look at it like this. A boy taken away from his mom at a late age, missing her, then years later, died in your arms...What are you going to do? "Oh hey tiskens how are you? I am awesome!"
Heck no, your going to cry and then take your revenge.
Now you are a Jedi, not allowed to love, and then you get married to her in secret, hiding everything from everybody....How would you feel about that?
The you keep dreaming about her death. The same as you had with your mother....well?
and then your mind gets twisted around to beleave lies and then kill the only thing you loved.
if you walk away from that then good luck to that.
Anakin did not just wake up one day and was like. 'I Am going sith today! watch out galaxy where comes vader"

I'm not saying he shouldn't have been frustrated or angry. I'm saying he was a child about it. Wiping out the Tusken village? Yeah, sure. Coming back and pulling a panty twister while blaming Obi Wan for your own lack of focus? Not so much. He wanted to save Padme. That makes sense, I can get behind that. Suddenly lashing out at the very thing you sold your soul to protect? That doesn't compute. And the so called courtship between Anakin and Padme? That was the creepiest, least romantic thing I have ever seen. He might as well have met her in a dungeon chat room.
He wasn't a Jedi who turned to the Dark Side. He was a petulant child who stumbled his way into a Sith internship that Palpatine never quite had the heart to terminate.
