For those who may not know of this game, it's simple. Corrupt the wish of the poster before you, then make your own wish.
Example: I wish for a dog.
Next person: Granted, but it gnaws your ankles off.
I wish for a pair.
Next person: Granted, but it's a pair of hungry snakes.
I wish for...
And so forth. You can choose not to corrupt a wish if you're feeling generous. 
I wish I had more tattoos.

Granted, however the tattoo artist was a surgeon, and the tattoos are actually scars. Bummer... he probably stole your kidney.
