Favorite scene in Ep3?

What was your favorite scene?
I loved when the republic started to go under. I loved it when palpatine killed the Jedi and send anakin, now vader to the jedi temple. That march scene was just epic. I wish order 66 was longer and had more of a fight in there somewhere.

Fight scenes of Kenobi vs Greivous. Definitely very cool.
Also liked the 'NOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!' at the very end. Very dramatic.

I remember seeing it in theatres with my family... and my sister was crying during the whole Order 66 part. Good times. I found it sad, definitely very emotional.
