Mine will have to be anakin/darth vader of course. His transformation to the dark side was very well done. And come on, his outfit is awesome. Vader is still one of the top iconic bad guys in film history.

General Grievous/Qymaen Jai Sheelal. He was mainly just a tool in the movies, and portrayed as nothing more then a monster. Grievous has an incredible back story, one that could make you understand why he is as he is. My second, would be Boba Fett. He was the type of guy who really didn't give two shits who someone was, if there was a bounty, he'd collect it. Boba was an all around bad ass, and if you read Tales of The Bounty Hunter, you can see Boba isn't really a bad guy.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jango and Boba Fett, and Commander Cody.
It used to be Vader, for the longest time actually. But then I realized how much I liked Obi-Wan / Ben Kenobi. Very inspirational, strong, and intelligent... not to mention an awesome father/brother role model.
