The lasso wrapped around Kayla's leg, causing her to fall in the process. "Goddamn it," she growled as she grinned and pulled out her saber and cut the lasso.
"And sense when did this turn into a game of a wompa rat and bantha chasing each other?" she retorted sarcastically.
Then an idea formed in her head. She pulled out a thermal denatotor, threw it into the air, and it latched itself onto the ceiling.
Kayla narrowed her dark brown eyes at Chopper. "Messing with a former Jedi/bounty hunter," she said. "Capture me and I'll blow us up along with the crew."

Chopper coiled the rope and held onto it firmly in case he needed it. Actually, he was quite surprised and pleased that it actually worked. He couldn't help but smile, good thing it was hidden by his helmet. Success felt great.
"This became a "game" of bantha chase when you decided to board a Republic Cruiser and try to flee." He said so 'matter of fact'-ly. He added to the effect by folding his arms across his chest.
His smart attitude faded when he saw the detonator go up. Great, simply great. Still though, he was curious. Perhaps he could reason with Kayla, figure out how to deactivate the detonator or find how she intends to blow them all up. He had no intentions on dying.
"Former jedi? Bounty Hunter? ........ Perhaps we can come to some sort of agreement?"

(OOC: Gawd I hate dial up internet. I am going to add you on MSN tomorrow. You can control the clone in green .) "And if you hadn't said you could turn me just so you can get back on the front lines maybe that wouldn't have happened," Kayla retorted hotly as she threw a glare at Chopper. "Surprising you have lasted this long in the army," she muttered under her breath as she shook her head. Kayla grinned at Chopper wickedly. "Yep," she said coolly to comfirm his statement about her being a former Jedi/bounty hunter. She leaned against the wall. "And just because I'm a bounty hunter doesn't mean I got a price on my head," she added sarcastically as she pulled out her blaster as a precaution. "There are multiple ways of blowing up this rusty bucket of bolts," she mused, running down each idea mentally in her head as a grin spread across her face. "And besides I could have been a stowaaway in a cargo box and just so happened to have been picked up by one of your men and ended up on your ship," she added with a snicker. "However inform anyone else I'm onboard here and this area will go up in smoke." A clone tropper entered the room. "What the hell is going on here, Chopper?" he asked.

Chopper lost it. It had been hard enough trying to maintain his composure, but he had given up. His personality was too violent for negotiations. He pointed at her angrily. If she was going to doubt his abilities, he was going to talk to her face to face. He whipped off his helmet and flung it to the side. “You honestly think that if I was going to turn you in I’d do it all ready?! You’re the only person to have been able to sneak inside one of our cruisers. I wanted to know how, and if it’s by a crate then bravo zulu for you. Welcome aboard. Blow up the ship! It wouldn’t be the first time I’ve survived near death situations.” His fists clenched and unclenched angrily, the scars on the side of his face feeling as if they were burning into his skull. He advanced a few paces toward her. What did she know?! Geonosis was a hell hole, and he had been down in it… the worst of it. Chopper was an incredible solider on the field! His skills are astonishing. He knew it, a lot knew it. His brothers know of his violent and aggressive personality and made sure to avoid him while he was in such a state. She had no idea what had brought him to this point; no right to judge how long he would last in the army. The door hissed open, and at the sound of another clone’s voice made Chopper spin around to face him. “GET OUT!” He roared, grabbing the first tool out of his belt and chucking it at the wall. ~*-=-*~ The metal cutters whizzed through the air and stuck in the wall inches away from the frame… and his head. Jumping in surprise, he backed out of the doorway and made sure the door was closed behind him. Chopper was not in a good mood (then again, when is he?) but was there another person he was talking to? Perhaps so? Regardless of the answer, he was not going back inside. Maybe he should fetch the sergeant to calm him down… again…?((BRAVO ZULU: "Naval" Terminology, or often used in the other trades of the forces, as "Congradulations". Don't ask me why, it just is. Trust me.))

(OOC: LOL. Nice to know.) Kayla rolled her eyes. This tropper had a hell of a temper. For the most part she wasn't going to intentally blow up the ship. She only said that to shake him up and apparently she did a lovely job of doing just that. 'What the hell have I got myself into?'[/i] she thought to herself as she shook her head and cursed under breath. "You sir need an attitude adjustment," she snapped. "Or at least need someone to kick your ass to deflat that ego of yours," she added with a grumble.
Using the Force, Kayla pulled the denatator off and held it in her hand. "If I was literally intending on blowing up the ship I would have already done it," she retorted as she turned off the deanator. She was glad that she wasn't a general in the army. She would have to kick one of the clone trooper's ass for being as bullheaded as Chopper.
"So what do you wanna know about me?" she asked as she plopped herself on a cargo crate.

Wow, now Chopper was completely thrown off by Kayla’s beat. Her sudden change left him slightly baffled and it made him freeze up for a minute. After a second’s hesitation, he decided that he was still aggravated. He was being used, toyed with like some kind of fool. Yeah. He didn’t like that one little bit. As for his ego? Well he thought it was perfectly fine where it was.
“If my ego needs fixing, then you need to learn to be less irritable.” He muttered angrily, turning away from the door hesitantly to face Kayla. He didn’t like the fact that he had just yelled, and potentially knocked out one of his brothers. It meant further problems in the long run. He would get a talk from the sergeant later, that was for sure. He rubbed his temples with one hand and a calming sigh. “Snarky smart ass.” He added quietly, more to himself.
He watched her sit, and decided it was best to remain standing. He had fuel to burn off before he could calm down long enough to sit for a semi-civilized conversation. He folded his arms across his chest and shifted his weight to one leg. The question now was if he was going to get a solid answer, or an ‘irritable’ one.
“How did you get onboard?”

"Maybe I will be less irritable once you learn to calm down," Kayla said as she grinned as another sarcastic remark came to her mind. "Or better yet how about you just pull that steal rod out of your ass and maybe you get what you want," she added with a snicker.
"And thank you for that compliment," she added with a grin when he said snarky smart ass. "What can I say when you're good you're good," she added with a grin as she thought for a moment.
"Didn't I just answer that?" she asked sarcastically as she shook her head. "However as I said stowaaway in a cargo box and just so happened to have been picked up by one of your men and ended up on your ship," she added with a glare.
"Cargo boxes got mixed up. And as to why I was in a cargo box is another story altogether and good luck trying to get that out of me because it won't be easy to get out of me," she added with a growl.

“They day I learn to calm down is the day you give decent answers.” Chopper retorted with an angry snort. He maintained the same position, not bothering to move until he felt he could sit without reaching over and gouging out her eyes.
So she wasn’t lying about the cargo boxes. He made a mental note to ensure that his brothers double checked the cargo before storing it. He saw potential future problems if this were to happen again… but with the wrong people.
The next question was more for his own personal curiosity. He hoped he wasn’t digging to deep, but she had asked him what he wanted to know. She was in for it.
“How are you a Jedi and a Bounty Hunter?”

Kayla threw a glare at Chopper. Great just great. He asked the question that hit a nerve. "I said former Jedi and now a bounty hunter," she snapped as she cracked her knuckles. She had to admit that she set her own self up for that and apparently she wasn't getting out of it or was she?

If eyes could shoot laser beams, Kayla would have been demolished. She hadn't really answered his question, and there was no way he was backing down. His gaze hardened, and personally, he felt no threat from her knuckle cracking. He had a brother that did it constantly; and Chopper still won.
Still, if he was to get a serious answer. Maybe there was another way. Honestly if anyone walked in at the moment he'd be screwed over anyway. He had nothing to lose.
"I'll make this fair. I ask a question, you answer. Then you can ask a question."

Kayla snorted. "Why do you get angry so easy?" she countered.

Chopper unfolded his arms, trying to appear more "civilized" as it were. He approached a crate opposite of Kayla and sat, crossing his legs at the ankles and resuming the familiar arms across the chest position.
"You didn't answer my question. Regardless, I figure you were displeased as a jedi... perhaps their custom... and therefore became a bounty hunter. My guess." He leaned forward slightly.
"And I get angry for the same reason you're snarky."

"....." Kayla blinked and resited the urge to bash her head into the durasteel wall of the ship. When Chopper came close she about fell off the crate she was sitting on. "...Goddamn it," she muttered under her breath. She was impressed in regards of his guess as to why she was a Jedi and now a bounty hunter. "Something like that," she said quietly as she put the blaster on her utility belt. "Though I have my reasons in regarding why I left and that's all I'm going to say about that since I rather leave some things buried in the gravyard ig you don't mind," she added as she she laid on her stomach on top of the crates she was sitting on. Her tank top pulled up some, revealing her wicked skull with angel wings tattoo on her lower back.
Kayla outright laughed at that comment. "Bull shit," she said. "My snark is nothing compared to you blowing up like a volcano," she added sarcastically as she grinned wickedly.

Chopper couldn't help but give a little smile at his success. He had hit the nail on the head, and he was quite pleased with himself. The smile quickly dropped when her tone got more serious. He could respect that he supposed. Sometimes things were better off dead then being reawakened. Reopening new wounds weren't fun, he knew from personal experience.
Subconsciously, he reached up and lightly touched the scars on his face. Why was he so angry all the while. Slick, um, the whole spy deal, the droid fingers, his scarring and hatred for the Seperatists? What else could he add to the list. He sighed instead.
"You'ld be surprised.... A volcano, good way to put it I suppose...." He trailed off, mouth trying to form words and not really knowing what it's trying to say. He stroked his chin.
"I suppose you could say I was betrayed, by someone I considered my brother."
His gaze hardened and he narrowed his eyes slightly. Time to move along with the questions. As Kayla shifted her position, he noticed blank ink. He knew a few of his brothers that had "tattoos" majority of them being by accident. It was like scratches in one's armour, each one meaning something else.
"Next question, what's the tattoo represent?"

Kayla listened as Chopper spoke and when he mentioned a brother betraying him, she snorted. "Another reason why I'm careful with who I stick my neck out for and trust no one," she said. "If there's one thing I know is that when it comes to the galaxy and dealing with scum that you're better off trusting no one but yourself."
When he asked about her tattoo, she smirked. "Who said there's a story behind that?" she asked innocently. "Maybe I just wanted it."
