(OOC: This is a future RP. This thread will lead up to Order 66 so that way when we start it people know how Anakin fell to the dark side.)
Chancellor Palpatine was staring down at the city of Coruscant. He had his politician look as he sat there listening to the sounds of the busy city. He was preparing for a meeting when all of a sudden the sliding doors of his chambers opened and much to his surprise, he saw Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, and Agen Kolar, and Seasee Tiin appear.
Palpatine spun his chair around and said, “Master Windu. I take it General Grievous has been destroyed? I must say you’re here sooner than expected.”
Mace looked at Palpatine, unphased by his greeting. He and the others reach for their lightsabers. “In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic,” Mace said as he ignited his saber. Kit, Agen, and Seasee followed suit. “You’re under arrest, Chancellor.”
Palpatine narrowed his eyes at them in disgust. “Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?” he asked calmly.
“The Senate will decide your fate,” Mace said coldly.
“I am the Senate,” Palpatine said in a dangerous tone and this time he did not use his politician voice as he spoke.
“Not yet,” Mace said.
Palpatine stood up and out of nowhere in his hand appeared a lightsaber in his hand from under his sleeve. “It’s treason then,” he said calmly as he ignited his red lightsaber and then he launched himself through the air spinning and as the Jedi scattered about to try and stop him the first Jedi he took out was Agen, then Seasee before they could even so much as even touch him with their sabers.
He turned around and dueled with Kit and Mace before he stuck his saber inside of Kit. Then he and Mace continued their duel and then they were in it neck in neck and as soon as Mace and Sidious’ saber clashed Mace had a look of pure intensity.

Anakin was in the Jedi council chambers where Mace Windu told him to stay, while they confront this so called Sith lord. He stood there looking out of the window, thinking about all that has happened to him. First Kaori got pregnant with twins and gave birth on Naboo, and once the Jedi council found out they took there babies from them and then set a date for there punishment and soon to have Anakin expelled from the Jedi order. A Tear ran down his face as he thought about Kaori, thinking about what she was going through right now. I had a talk to Palpatine about this matter to him and that was when he told Anakin about the dark side of the force.
Aakin knew that the actions of the Jedi order was wrong for takinbg there babies and then they split up Anakin and kaori, giving her a new master. Anakin was torn apart inside, he could not live without Kaori, he had to get her back, he would do anything. He turned around and then walked out of the council chambers and made his way to the Hanger bay inside the Jedi temple to make sure Palpatine was not harmed. Palpatine was the only person that seemed to be on his side in this, He needed Palpatines help to make sure there twins came back and Kaori was back into his arms.
Mace Windu looked Palpatine in his eyes, Glaring right at him. The purple glow from Mace Windu's lightsaber glared on his face as he was in a saber lock with Palpatine. Mace had to stop him, if Palpatine was stopped then this war would be over and they could get back to more peaceful times, before the rise of the Sith.

”I have the power to save the ones you love,” Palpatine said to Anakin through the Force. ”I know what you truly desire the most. Join me and you and I will be able to bring peace to the galaxy. Isn’t that what you want? To bring peace?” [/i]
*Voice fades for a moment to give Anakin time to think*
”You want a life beyond what the Jedi offer you,” Palpatine continued through the Force. ”Only through me can you achieve a power greater than the Jedi. Join me and together you and I shall bring balance back to the Force and bring peace throughout the galaxy.” He trailed off for a moment. ”If the Jedi destroy me the chance of that happening will be lost and the galaxy will not have peace. Join me and we shall prevail.”

Anakin made his way toward his new Jedi starfighter and got in, once he took a seat and startedthe ships engines, he started to hear Palpatine in his head talking to him. He knew that it was some Sith trick, but Anakin was in a position that he needed help, so he listened. He would do anything to insure that Kaori and the twins were back in his arms, even if that meant to join Palpatine, but he was not going to let him die, then any chance would die. He lifted the ship off into the air and then made his way to Palpatines office quickly as tears fell down his cheek.

”Anakin, I can help you,” Palpatine said through the Force while continuing to duel Mace. ”If you want to be more powerful join me or die,” he insisted. ”Only through me can you achieve a power greater than that of the Jedi. Isn’t that what you----“
Palpatine reaches out in the Force to project the battle that is occurring into Anakin’s mind as he travels to the Senate building.
“AH!” Palpatine screamed as he fell over and Mace came charging at him. “PLEASE DON’T KILL ME!”
”Anakin…I need your help,” he pleaded. ”The Jedi are taking over.”[/color]
CLASH!
CLASH!
CRASH!
The main window in Palpatine’s office shatters at the hands of Mace Windu and Palpatine falls over and continues dueling and growling at Mace.
Mace kicked out at Paplatine and knocked his saber out of his hand and Palpatine scurries about the window seal clinging for dear life and painicing.

Anakin landed at the Senate bulding, where palpatines office was. he quickly made his way out of his starfighter. He started to run down the long hall way and when he arrived at the doors to the office, he could hear the sound of breaking glass and stood outside the door. He opened it and then walked in, seeing Mace Windu standing over Palpatine, he was defenseless and Windu pointing his lightsaber to him, that was clearly not the Jedi way. He made his way close and stood near both of them watching.

Mace had his saber pointed at Palpatine and breathed in deeply. “You are under arrest, my lord,” he growled. Mace glanced at Anakin while keeping his lightsaber at bay.
Terrified for dear life, Palpatine turned to Anakin as he took a deep breath. “Anakin…” he stumbled over the words some. “I was right. I told you it would come to this. The Jedi are taking over.”
“The oppression of the Sith will never return,” Mace said, glaring at Palpatine. “You have lost!”
Palpatine growled. “No…no…you will die,” he said as he raised his hands up and shot Force lightning at Mace, who stumbled back to block the lightning with his saber.
“He’s a traitor!” Palpatine croaked.
“Don’t listen to him, Anakin!” Mace said.
“I have the power to save the ones you love,” Palpatine said as Mace’s saber oborsed the Force lightning, draining Palpatine of his normal skin coloring, making him look like a shriveled prune.
“YOU MUST CHOOSE!” Palpatine said.
“Don’t listen to him, Anakin,” Mace said.
“I can’t hold it any longer,” Palpatine said as the Force lightning began to slow down. “Don’t let him kill me,” Palpatine begged. “I am too weak,” Palpatine said as he sighed. “Too weak. Help me! PLEASE!”
“I am going to end this once and for all,” Mace said.

Anakin stood there looking back and forth at Palpatine and Mace Windu. As Palpatine used Sith Lighting on mace Windu, Anakin turned his face and covered his eyes with his robe due to the bright light that he was sending off. As the lighting stopped Anakin looked down, Palpatines face has changed, due to the sith lighting coming back at him and revealing his true self to others. He had to save Palpatine, he could not go on without his wife.
Anakin raised his head and looked at mace.
"You cant...He must stand trail."

Mace glared at Anakin. "He has control of the Senate and the courts!" he said. "He's too dangerous to be kept alive."
Mace help his saber at Palptine and got ready to strike.
"PLEASE!" Palpatine pleaded. "Don't."
Mace held up his saber to makethe killing blow.

"Its not the Jedi way."
Anakin watched as he could tell That mace wanted to kill him. Anakin was getting angry inside, everything he was holding in sense the war was coming back to him.
"He Must Life.....I Need him!"
Anakin then watched the face on mace and then watched as he raised his saber to strike and then moved forward to kill Palpatine. Anakin reached down for his lightsaber and then turned it on, slashing at mace Windu's arm and chopping it off, watching as his lightsaber fell out of the large window.

“Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Mace screamed in agony when Anakin when and chopped off his hand.
Palpatine grinned. “POWER!” he cried and then shot Mace up full of Force lightning while Mace yelled in pain.
“UNLIMITED POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Palpatine cried.
Finally Mace’s body went flying out the broken window and Palpatine sighed with relief.

Anakin watched as Palpatinre used Sith lighting again. He was in shock for what he just did. After watching Mace fly out of the window, Anakin took a few steps back, struggling to walk, he back up into a round seat and plopped down.
"What have I done...."
Anakin looked out the window, he did save Palpatine, his one chance at getting Kaori and the twins back, but he helped take out a Jedi Master, Anakin was sure to get in deep trouble now, there was no turning back, he had to stick with what the Chancellor was saying to him.

Palpatine got up slowly. "You are fullfilling your, destiny, Anakin," Darth Sidious said smiling. "Become my apprentice. Learn to use the dark side of the Force."

Anakin was taking deep breaths as he was listioning to what Palpatine was saying. he slowly raised hi head at palpatine.
