Chir'lales was sitting in an old cantina. He was playing a game of Sabacc after finishing a job recent. In fact the bounty was so recent his knife was still in the back of his target who was sitting right next to him...or was sitting as he was now slumped over onto the table quite dead. His mysterious employer had hired him once again but this time he wanted the datapad off the corpse. It was a great upper hand in Sabacc as it threw the others at the table off their game. He decided to retrieve his knife before the next betting phase happened. He had time to pass after all, his employer said he would send a contact with his next job soon enough...with payment of course.

She was late, again.
It was hard to find a specific pub when there were so many in the galaxy...often she questioned if she was even on the right planet. So far, so good. Melly entered the building at last, her head was low and was covered with a brown hood. She had to find this guy, and quick. From the looks and sound of it, he wasn't nice. Deadly, in fact. One would hate to piss him off. Her eyes scanned the beings before landing on her target. He must have finished his job before she'd gotten there--a dead body was still sitting there beside him. Why hadn't anyone noticed yet? Everyone was either drunk, or just didn't care. It was one of the reasons she didn't like bars. If you were a somebody, you'd get beaten down. If you were a nobod, you'd get beaten down. If you had friends, everyone would get beaten down. The logic of the drunkards.
She approached slowly. "Chir'lales?"
(Sorry this took so long ;___;)

The Twi’lek looked up from his hand and heard a human girl calling his name out. He threw the cards into the pile and stood up, collecting the small amount he had won during the game. A few of the others sighed in relief that he was leaving the table at last. After all he wasn’t even invited to this game, he just took the place of his mark. Once he was fully upright he treaded over to the barkeep and tossed a few credits on the counter. “Here for the tab and the mess.” He turned around to face the human and looked her over. “So you’re the new messenger?” He gave her a little bit of time to respond before continuing. “Well don’t make the mistake of the last messenger. Do not try and steal from me and do not bring me bad news.” He had killed the past 3 messengers because they either tried to steal his bounty money or told him rather fowl news. “Follow those two simple rules and you will have nothing to worry about.” He grabbed his jetpack he had left at the table and prepared to leave once he had the next bounty assignment. “So what does this employer want me to do this time? Tell me it will be more sporting than killing a drunk.” He held his hand out. He was in a bit of a hurry and wanted his money and assignment asap.

Melly followed behind him, but kept a good distance. He wanted news? He was about to get it. He wouldn't be too happy about it though.
"Well, you're about to hate me.." Her voice was low. It wasn't meant for him to hear it, but he probably would have anyways. "Your employer is dead. There's no payment, no mission." She took a step and paused next to the bar. Her hands were folded behind her back. He was killed on my way here. I only know that because while he was sending me the details, he was assinated while on call with me. Melly shook her head. "I just came here to tell you that. We'll be parting ways now!"

As the female spoke the barkeep took the credits and immediately went under the bar. He had heard what the Twi’lek had said about bad news and money and the human had just broken them in one fell swoop. Chir'lales looked the girl over calmly once more, trying to see if she was bluffing and trying to take his money and bounty. She seemed sincere but it mattered not, she still broke rule two...this was very bad news. He took out his lucky A280 blaster rifle he had long ago named Shar. “I see...I doubt that is true but it seems you believe it to be true. Thus it puts me in an interesting position. You will be given an hour to run away. Go off planet, find a hidy hole, it matters not. I will hunt you down and kill you. However I feel sporting today and only took the bounty out of boredom. So you manage to stay alive for two week and I will count you worthy of my admiration and thus clear your debt you now owe me human and maybe ill even learn your name.” He aimed for her head and a sly smile came upon his lips. “But if you take even a millimeter towards me and ill take away that hour. Time is ticking prey....”

Melly blinked and raise her hands defensively once more. She didn't seem to be afraid of te gun, but did look concerned. "Hey, c'mon now...why kill the messenger?" She took a step back and looked away. "Is that the type of hunter you are? Going after poor defensive little girls?" She grinned slightly, chuckling at the thought. Melly was anything but. "Besides, what could you possibly gain by killing me? Surely it can't be that exciting. I'm just as disappointed as you are. You're not the only one that isn't getting paid today." Mel looked back towards him. Talking her way out of this mess proved to be slightly difficult. If he decided to shoot, she was screwed. "How about you put the gun down and move on with life, eh?" Melly raised a brow questionably.

Chir'lales kept his rifle trained on her and took a step for each step she took, keeping the gap to the minimum. He wasn’t going to let her sweet talk her way out of this. “Defenseless are you human? Oh I dare say not. You bare the Jedi’s outfit, even though I doubt you are. Otherwise you would have just force persuaded me or some other force non sense. I wouldn’t be surprised if you had a light saber on you as well, doubt you got it the normal way. Did you steal it...or maybe you bought it. Doesn’t matter...your corpse could have a nice treasure on it.” He took his eye out of the scope and looked her in the eyes, still training his weapon on her. “You have three choices as far as I can tell. Pay me off and let me drink my hunting lust away. Give me a very good reason to why your more valuable to me alive...or be hunted.”

"If you really wanted to kill me you would have done it by now." She spoke back, lowering her arms and letting her hands drop at her sides. Who was this guy, and how did he know so much? Anyone else would have assumed she was a Jedi-this guy was clever. Even though she was force sensitive, she rarely used it. But wasn't going to let him on to that. It was usually a last resort. Using the force terrified her. "You're right. I do have a lightsaber. And yes, I did steal it. I can use it very well, too. You don't scare me Charlie." Melly turned away from him and proceeded to exit the bar. Let the games begin.

Chir'lales was well prepared for this. He had brought those sonic blasters long ago for that reasons. He had to hunt a few Jedi in his time and the sonic blaster couldn’t be deflected by sabers. “You have fifty-five minutes to prepare...let the hunt begin.” He put the rifle away as she left the bar and looked around. Most of the patrons went back to their normal business, the bartender getting out under the counter. He waited a few seconds before exiting the place himself. He told her she had time to prepare, this did not mean he wasn’t going to stalk his prey.
