* Bio (short version)- Born on Corellia to the Teraia Den, she was many of the sterile females that made up the bulk of the den. The den was located in one of the worst slums on Corellia, and at only age 2, most of the den was killed by Pirates and looters, looking for a box of 1,000 credits that a fellow den member had found. CDF managed to save a few, Cesera being one, and she was placed in the care of a successful Republic Admiral, named Vren Iscillia. Although she was usually left behind with someone to watch her while he went on military tours, as she got older he started to take more leave. At a young age, he began to school her himself, and taught her the history of the Republic, and even started teaching her some basic strategies. By age 17, she was able to get access to the military academy and quickly passed the curriculum with ease.
Joining the Republic navy two years later after graduation, Admiral Iscillia retired, but with something special for her in his will. Bribing some officials to get her eligible to the rank of Captain, she was given command of the Dreadnought Sandstorm. About five years later, she had her first action at the battle of Geonosis, proving excellent in intercepting the Seperatist transports. Over the past year of fighting, she has proven herself multiple times, from Ryloth to Malastare, and has even become close to Chancellor Palpatine, and is sometimes considered to be one of his favorite personnel. Currently, she has been called by the Chancellor to come to Rendilli for a special ceremony and present.

What could the Chancellor want me here for? she thought.
"Ma'am!", yelled a Senate Guard running at her from somewhere further down the shipyard.
"What is it trooper?" she questioned, rather startled.
Chancellor Palpatine request an audience with you on drydock 1157!" he said, panting from the distance he ran.
"I shall be there soon." she said calmly, and began the long walk to dydock 1157.
Upon arriving there, Cesera could smell the exhaust of tibanna gas, but she also saw the Chancellor and two other Senate Guards.
"Chancellor", she said bowing her head respectively.
"At ease, Captain. I have a special surprise that i can only entrust with an experienced Captain, and one who's father had such a colorful history."
That wasn't her real father, but she decided not to mention it.
"A brand new ship, one more suited to your needs..."
The black doors to the observation deck opened, and she stepped in and saw a brand new, Victory class starship being commissioned. She couldn't believe it, and it was all for her, she wondered what Palpatine planned to do with it, but she didn't worry about it for now. She glanced at the name plaque on the drydock, the Bombard, she liked it.
