Its been a few weeks sense the Clone Wars had started. Anakin had just returned from a mission and was informed to go to the Jedi temple for a new set of orders. This war was something he had to get use to, He was always going to be busy and he has accepted that. All Though he did not complain about the fighting, He enjoyed it. He loved action, he liked to use his light saber in aggressive negotiations. He got off the Republic Gunship that landed in the hanger in the Jedi temple. He walked down the hallway and looked around. Before the war started, there was a lot of people in the temple, but now...That's another story. Many have been killed in this war and more then half the order was out in the galaxy on missions. He was told to go to the war room for his next assignment. But little did he know was that this new assignment was going to change his life forever. He walked into the war room and seen a few Jedi masters and then a few clone troopers talking about a upcoming attack. He leaned aginst a wall in the back and waited.

Kaori waited in the war room staying away from everyone. she was really shy and didn't talk to many. She was told to wait for Anakin Skywalker. She sighed leaning against the wall looking around
"where the heck is he.. He's taken forever to get here..."
Finally he walked into the room and she watched as he walked over to the back and leaned against the wall. She debated if she should wait for him to see her over here or to go up to him and introduce herself to him herself.

Anakin looked around the room, seeing another girl leaning against the wall. He kept his eyes on her for a few seconds and then turned back to the Jedi Masters all talking. He heard them say his name and go into detail about his next mission. He was just given his own command. He was the Jedi General for the 501st legion. He had his teams all ready and they was ready for any orders he gave. He knew he had the best legion in the whole army of the republic. His eyes slowly drifted off to that girl again, wondering who she was.

She stood there listening to the masters waiting for them to call her name. She could sense him staring at her. A few times she would glance over at him then quickly looked away not wanting to make eye contact. She had heard many stories about him. Him and his 501st legion. She couldn't believe she was in the same room as him.

Anakin made his way over to the table where the masters were all around. He heard them talk about the plan, and he had something to add as he always has. For much of his life at the temple, He always did his studying in the Library about military battles and strategies. He stood there in front of the table and pulled up a holo-map of the enemy base.
"Their lines are stronger here in front, both at the sides, that's the droids weak area, i think if we attack from the front, draw out the droids and then attack from the sides, we can get this battle over with in a short time. My troopers are ready, but with the help of a extra jedi, this would work well."
He looked around as the Jedi masters nodded toward him.
"Very well Skywalker." Mace windo said and looked over to Kaori and motioned for her to come closer and Anakin looked over at her.

kaori looked at Mace Windu then slowly walked over and looked up at him
"yes master windu?"

"You will go with Anakin Skywalker here for this mission, do has he says." Mace windu said as Anakin looked back to Kaori and Mace Windu. He knew that he needed help, but he had no idea who this girl was, or if she was even good.

she nodded and looked up at anakin. Now that she was up close to him she felt very short and small compared to him and she didn't like that at all.

Anakin looked down at her and held out his hand for her. He had no choice in this and had better make the best of it if they was to work together in this mission.
"My name is Anakin Skywalker. And you are?"

She hesitates but slowly takes his hand
"I'm Kaori Houhtem."

He nodded and shook her hand. He never heard her name before, but maybe with her on a mission with him, her name would be known like his was. He took a step back and then walked out of the room, walking back to his ship in the hanger bay. He looked back at her and then looked ahead.
"you have any experience in battle?"

He walked all the way to the hanger bay and jumped up onto the gunship and looked down at her and held out a hand for her.
"Big step and all."
