Aaray does not know much about his early life, but at the age of 5, he was left alone after his family was killed on a farm. Aaray then walked on his own and came across a family that took him in and took care of him. This family was all for the reclaiming mandalore back to its warrior ways like it once was. So aaray was brought up for that goal. He worked hard everyday. This family had a girl around aarays age and he took her as his little sister. He looked out for her growing up and finally when they was the age of 18, they joined the death watch movement. There he met the night owl leader called Bo-Katan, he started flirting with her right then and looked up to her. He always heard the stories of Bo katan and her night owl group. And now that he was part of them, he was excited.

It was not long till joining the camp they was attacked by a group of Jedi. Aaray quickly grabbed his blaster and went out and started to fight. He watched as they killed his little sister and grew angry and went on a killing rampage and killed a few Jedi and had to be pulled away by Bo Katan who took him away to a ship and left the planet going to the 2nd base. He was in shock for the ride through hyperspace, but then he started to flirt with Bo, and they became very close in that ship. When they arrived at the next camp, they was already a couple but was going to keep it a secret.

When the time to reclaim mandalore came, he fought with the night owls The battle lasted a few days and they made sure that every member of the new movement was dead or in jail for what they did to mandalore. Aaray and Bop then went to get a house for them and lived there in the time they would have together. In the times of the rise of the galactic Empire, the planet Mandalore stayed strong, they was not going to let the planet they6 fought for be ruled by the sith, but that would not happen for one of the leaders was one of their own.
