"Alrighty Mellika. I'll land the ship and hopefully, if you guy's don't mind, stick around for awhile. I might be able to help you both get through GAR security and get you pass code's. They don't change that much.... And if you ever need anything to be dis-assembled or blown up, I'm your guy..." Scorch smiled at Melly happily to be helpful.
"You understand Mando'ad right?" Scorch asked, almost as an after thought.

Melly caught his statement and question just before she left. She paused. "Alright...and yes. Quite fluently. I speak quite a few languages, actually..." She ended just before walking off.

Chir'lales had been hunting her ever since their meeting at Corellia. Melly Ku. He had learned her name through some contacts as he kept tabs on her. He followed her from ship to ship waiting for the moment to strike. She had cheated him back then. His employer was supposed to be dead but she could have been lying about that. All he knew is she owed him a lot of credit and he was going to collect her life as payment. It was difficult to stow away on the ship and stay hidden most the trip but he managed it and it seemed his moment had come. She had come to the back of the ship alone. He snuck up behind her and pulled out his sonic blasters and pointed them at her. “Well hello there human. Though you got rid of me didn’t you?”

"I know it's back here somewhere..." Melly spoke to herself as she rummaged through some old crates. If they were to be landing in a desert covered planet then they would definitely need supplies.
Suddenly a voice spoke. She froze, then glanced behind her. That was definitely not someone she'd willingly picked up. Melly swirled around and faced the familiar male. "What the...how do you get here?" She growled at him. So, he HAD been tracking her. She'd thought she had lost him long ago. Taking a step back Melly made a move to grab her lightsaber. Despite what he believed, the girl had not lied to him back then. He was just crazy and had a lust for blood...

“I have been waiting patiently. Waiting for the perfect moment to strike. While now is not the best place it will have to do. After all the timer is ticking and your debt will be paid in ten minutes whether you live or die.” He planned on honoring his word. The two week deal was still in affect and he would let her live if she survived the next ten minutes. He fired wildly at the girl with the intent to kill her, sending sonic blasts her way.

Melly yelped and yanked the lightsaber out, activating it almost instantly. Although it was pretty much useless in this situation, she could still use it to attack him if she got close enough. "Why are you doing this? I haven't done anything to you!" She shouted in-between shots. "Your rules mean nothing to me!"
She raised her lightsaber in attempt to block a sonic blast, but it was no use. It hit her in the chest and sent the girl flying back. It didn't kill her, but she'd been stunned.

A wicked smile came upon his lips as the girl stumbled before him. He lightsaber had proved itself useless as the blasters were made for them. “Ah you were a good hunt. Two weeks of preparations lowered your guard though and was your downfall. His boots came down hard on her hand holding the saber making sure she could not use it while he was close. “Any final words human? If I might make a suggestion I would say “I have the credits from your last bounty and was foolish to steal them from you.” Might just save your life....then again might not.”

Scorch was almost done with the hyperdrive start up, when he forgot that he left his hacker device over by the air lock. "Crap.... I need to grab that...." Scorch got up, and walked over to the hatch. He then proceeded to pick it up, and stuff it into his pack. "Wonder where everyone else is...." Scorch asked aloud. Then he went on his way to find Byter. "Hey, Byter, you there?"

Great. Just great. He had fallen asleep again. He jerked awake and looked up. He had always had nasty cases of insomnia that made him tired during the day. He got up and yawned, then cricked his neck. Stretching, he started walking back to the cockpit. "Yeah, I'm here. Just took a small nap. Why?"
Thats when he heard the sonic booms. Of course, they weren't big enough to be called booms, more like blasts. He stiffened. On a ship in the middle of deep space, there were only two types of thing that could make that sound. Ships blasting into hyperspace or sonic weapons. Sonic weapons were quite unusual, using the power of kinetic force to produce massive shock waves. Not really useful unless....... you're fighting a jedi. Crap.
Thankfully, as much as you tried, you couldn't silence sonic blasts. And they came just down the hall and around the corner. And he was just by his airlock. Quickly, he reached in and grabbed his grappling whip along with his other weapons. He ran around the corner, unexpected of what to see.
A species he knew very well. The Twi'lek, not really that violent except for a few cases. This guy seemed to be an extreme case, standing over the kid with a sonic weapon pointed at her chest. Point blank with the settings turned up, it wasn't going to be a pretty sight. He grabbed his left ionized blaster and aimed. His grappling whip flew through the air and wrapped around the bounty hunter's arm. Byter pulled and smirked as attention was diverted to him. "Hey hotshot. And what do you think you're doing with my partner? Nobody threatens her with blasters but me."
He gave a small chuckle and winked at the kid. This was going to be a cakewalk. "Sonic blasters? Hot off the market as well. What model are they, B-23 or F-69?"

Scorch knew better than to go rushing in, the bounty hunter may have more than one trick up his sleeve... So he did the next best thing... He hid in the shadow's. People assume it's hard to hide with Kataan armor on, but in honesty? It's no more harder than....Let's say.... Hiding in a black shirt. Scorch kept quiet, and checked his armor setting's. A sonic weapon would more than likely screw up his system's on his armor, so he'd have to recalibrate them all.... At the least anyway's.... "Great..." Scorch muttered to himself, the helmet speaker to the outside world shut off. If only Sev was here.... He'd throw his boot at the Twi'lek bounty hunter or something weird like that.... Sev WAS the designated killer in the squad.... But he's not here so get over your self and use what weapon's you have! Scorch said mentally. He did a quick survey. He had his used detonator, and his hidden blade. "Alright....Taking all that into consideration, I might be able to pull something off...." Scorch muttered to himself, again, the loud speaker on the helmet silent, still making his presence unknown.

Melly winced as his foot crushed her hand. She made a move to pull it away, but his weight was simply too heavy. "Heh, you're right about one thing. I may be a theif, but I'm certainly not a liar.." He was having fun now, she knew. He'd actually gone out of his way to try and kill her.
Both eyes shut tightly as Melly prepared for what was surely to come. Hopefully it would be quick..the blow she'd already taken from the gun had stunned her..and was quite uncomfortable to say the least. Who would have known that she would be killed for a crime she actually -didn't- commit.
She counted the seconds in her head...but no shot came. Huh. Melly had raised her head to see Byter appear. She'd never been so relieved in her life. She responded to his wink with a smile. He'd come just in time. Scorch, however, she didn't see. He must have still been in the cockpit.

He was ready to pull the trigger and end her life. She had not given a valid reason not to just treat her like common prey, when suddenly his hand was yanked towards another human. He managed to keep him footing on Melly and his blaster in his hand so he found the entanglement to be just a minor notice. “Ah so what is this your partner?” A frown came upon his face as his attention was split between the two humans. He though it was quite foolish to force his arms towards yourself as the whip forced him to aim his second blaster directly at Byter.
He was not aware of the other presence and even if he was aware he most likely wouldn’t care. He would make this girl pay even if it meant his own death. “The model of my blaster does not matter. What you should be concerned about is that I have a JT-12 jetpack strapped to my back. I even get the hint that your going to try and stop me I launch the missiles, blowing a hole in the ships and kill us all.” A sly smile came upon his lips as he looked Melly in the eyes. “Its also hooked up to my vitals and if they drop...lets just say so will you....but if your willing to convince her to give me my credits she owes me...plus interest for having to hunt her down...then I would be happy to leave this one alive.”

Byter felt like a hero. He always wanted to be one. He readied his stance, still keeping a very frim hold on the whip. His mouth moved before his brain. "You better believe it hotshot. After all, only the best could even consider being her partner."
He meant it, in a way. Only the best could tolerate her and she could only tolerate the best. Therefore, he was the best.
He faltered. This was not good. A time bomb fit to go off. This was just a very large game of Texas Hold'em now, him vs the bounty hunter and he was terrible at Poker. He still kept the blaster aimed at the Twil'ek, knowing full well the other one wouldn't sheathe his weapon either. He cleared his throat. "And just exactly how much does she owe you?"
He kept staring at the bounty hunter, making sure his eyes steeled and pasted to the other guy's while cautiously flicking a switch on his hilt.

Melly began to attempt to yank her hand from under his boot. "Get off!" She growled at him. All of this had to be a joke. Nobody in their right mind would commit suicide for something like this...would they?
"I don't owe him anything!" The answer was directed towards Byter, and was a harsh statement towards the bounty hunter. Melly gritted her teeth as she continued to try and pull away, but her point wasn't getting across anytime soon. When tugging didn't work, she used her free hand to try and grab her lightsaber--which had deactivated now that nobody was weilding it. "Whoever employed him was killed before the bounty was sent."
Melly would fight to the death. She would prefer to live through it, but wouldn't go down easy regardless. She could only hope the smuggler had a few tricks up his sleeve.

Chir'lales looked down to check on Melly and saw her going for her saber. A well place shot knocked the saber across the room and well out of her reach. “Oh don’t even think about it human your better half is speaking sense unlike you.” The Red Twi’lek’s attention went back to Byter and a friendly smile came upon his face. “At least one of you knows how the galaxy goes. Your friend there owes me either her life, 50,000 credits or her lightsaber...” His blaster aimed directly at her face “You see it would have been a lot less if she didn’t break both of my rules but hey everything has a price and I guess that includes morals and principle too.” He looked at the whip that still attached him to Byter. “Now if you would kindly cut the cord and pay me or let me finish my deal with your partner here we can all be...friends and go on about our normals lives.”
